| Q. How do I pay for my Booking? |
| A. We accept payment for your booking by either CHQ, Postal Order or if you wish to pay by card you can do so with PayPal. We do ask that you pay a non refundable deposit of £50.00 at the time of booking and the balance of your booking at least 30 days before your holiday starts. |
| Q. What are the check in and out times |
| A. Your caravan will be available from 4pm on the first day of your booking. Sometimes the caravan is available earlier than 4pm. Check with reception. Check out is by 10am on the day you leave. |
| Q. Where can I collect the keys for the caravan once booked? |
| A. The caravan keys can be collected from reception on site. You will need to take with you a copy of your booking invoice. Your arrival will be expected. |
| Q. How many people does the caravan sleep? |
| A. Our caravan G64 comfortably sleeps 6 people, but there is a pull out bed in the livingroom that can sleep 2 more., making 8 in total |

| Q. What will I need to bring with me? |
A. Most things are provided. You will however need to bring towels.
It's also a good idea to pack a small amount of food, tea, coffee etc. You will need to bring personal items, such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Duvets, pillows and fresh bed linen are provided. |

| Q. How far is the caravan from the beach. |
| A. St Mary's Bay, a secluded sheltered bay is approx 5 mins walk away. Please note the beach is only accessible by navigating a set of 112 steps. |

| Q. Can I park near to the caravan? |
| A. Yes, there are parking bay's opposite and if they are full there are more just below and on the road above the caravan. |

| Q. Where is the nearest laundrette? |
| A. There is a laundrette on the caravan park located behind the Swimming pool (see map) An iron and ironing board are provided in the caravan. |

| Q. Will I have to pay for the children to join the Foxy club? |
| A. No the Foxy club is free for all guests. |
|
| Q. We may not want to cook one evening, where is the nearest takeaway? |
| A. The Chef's Corner takeaway is situated inside the club house (see map), which is just a few mins walk from the caravan. Kids' Meals start as low as £1.95. |
