Arriving on site

Yes you can elect to check-in early upon booking. A small admin fee is payable of £15. This allows you to enter your caravan at 1pm

Our caravans are normally available for you from 4pm on the day of your arrival unless you have paid for early check in , in which case the caravan will be available from 1pm.

If you arrive earlier than your check-in time you can still make use of all the sites facilities until your caravan is made available to you.

Departure

You should vacate your caravan by 10 pm on the day of departure. This is so we can make the caravan ready for our next guests. We do not offer a late check-out facility.

Please make sure you remember to take everything with you when you leave as you will not be allowed access to the caravan once you have departed.

How To Book

All we ask is for a booking deposit (none refundable see our terms and conditions of booking) of £50.

This is payable within 7 days of booking.

The deposit will be deducted from your final balance which must be paid within 30 days of the start of your booking.

Booking one of our caravans is easy. Head over to our check availability page. pop in the start date and end date and press the check availability button. our booking system will check all our caravans to see if they are available during the dates you have chosen. The results will be shown. If you would like to book one of the available caravans click on the BOOK NOW button corresponding to the caravan of your choice. Follow the instructions given

What To Bring

We provide bedding for all beds. We do not provide personal linen like towels etc.

Yes we provided bedding as standard for all our guests. Each bed has a bottom sheet, pillows and pillow case, quilt and quilt cover.

If you require extra bedding please ask at reception.

Our Caravans

Each caravan has parking space available either next to or within a few feet of the caravan.

Caravan B4 and Caravan B19 has a parking bay next to each caravan. Caravan G64 has parking bays directly opposite the caravan.

Parking space is not allocated to to each caravan and all parking areas maybe used by all holiday makers unless specifically marked .

You are reminded please where ever possible please do not park on the grass.

The caravan you book is subject to fire regulations which we have to abide by. You can only have up to 6 people staying in any of our 2 bed caravans and up to 8 people in our 3 bedroom caravans. please see the terms and conditions of booking

Information

It is possible and it takes the average person 20- 30 minutes to walk down to the harbour and approx 30-40 minutes to walk back up to the park as it is uphill.

however there is a good reliable regular bus service that operates from the park to Brixham and back

There is a small, secret beach St Marys Bay which is down a steep set of 100  steps which are not suitable for people with mobility problems.

There is beach in Brixham and Shoalstone beach which is 1 mile away. Paignton beach is 3 mile away.

As a lot of people these days have allergies to pet hairs, we decided not to allow dogs in our caravans.

We will of course allow guide dogs.

If and when a guide dog is allowed into one of our caravans, the van will be deep cleaned afterwards.

There is a cost to this which will be added to the booking price.

Site passes are normally left in the caravan for you on arrival.

If for any reason they are not please contact us and we will arrange for them to be delivered to your caravan
