General Terms and Conditions

Our Caravans will generally be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Please leave the caravan & equipment in an excellent condition for other prospective holiday makers to enjoy their holiday. If we are notified that you have not left the caravan in a respectable condition we have the right to refuse future bookings by yourselves. All damages must be reported and paid for in full.

Please observe/respect all park rules during your holiday.

In the event of the caravan becoming unfit for hire due to accident, damage, or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel reservations and all monies paid would be returnable.

The number of berths is the maximum number of occupants that are allowed to use the caravan. This number includes adults, children, infants and any pets. This is to comply with local fire codes and no exceptions can be made.

Electricity/Gas
Electricity and Gas is free of charge.

Deposit
The deposit, is only £50 when your holiday is booked from this website. Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 30 days before commencement of holiday. Bookings made within the 30 days payment period must be paid at the time of booking

We do not accept all male or all female parties .

Smoking Policy

You must NOT smoke inside the caravan. If you do so, we will terminate your booking without refund and require you to leave the caravan immediately.
You will be required to pay any costs we incur if you smoke inside the caravan including costs for specialist cleaning (to make the caravan fit for hire as a non smoking environment) and the cost of the caravan for any time period it is unusable. We will send you (at the address on the Booking) a breakdown of these charges within 10 working days. We may refuse to accept bookings from you in future.
However you are allowed to smoke on the outside deck area

Pets. Pets are NOT allowed inside the caravan

Wheelchairs and Disability
Our caravan is not suitable for the disabled.

Customers are requested to bring there own personal linen eg. bath towels, hand towels, dish cloths etc.

Duvets and pillows and bed linen are provided.

General
It is an express condition of booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or damage to property nor non-availability of amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. It is an express condition of booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. In the interest of safety it might become necessary to limit the opening times of the swimming pool. Children and non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Should any guest cause problems or inconveinience to other guests or to a member of the Southbay holiday park staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the Park and our caravan without refund.

The site mangers decision will be final.
